2. This offer only applies to adult patients aged over 18

6. The normal price of a new patient examination for adults is £100, with the half price offer bringing this down to £50
7. Children are excluded from this offer – the normal price for examinations for children over six is £40, and those aged under six is £20
8. There is no obligation to proceed with any of our treatment recommendations
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Boutique Whitening Offer (below).

Half Price Boutique Whitening with Every Full Price Patient Examination

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is CK Dental
2. All patients must be aged over 18
3. This promotion is only available to patients who book and attend a full-price patient examination at CK Dental (£100) and cannot be used in conjunction with the new patient 50% offer (above). The whitening offer cannot be accessed independently of this examination.
4. The new patient examination must be taken between 1st April and 30th April 2026 and the whitening treatment must be booked within 4 weeks of this examination.
5. The promotion is open to registered and non-registered patients
6. The Boutique B1 Black Diamond kit is subject to availability
7. This Boutique B1 Black Diamond kit whitening treatment is only guaranteed at the lower price of £300 (typically £600)
8. You will be required to visit CK Dental Practice in Bristol to be assessed as to your suitability to undertake the whitening treatment in a separate appointment. The consultation may indicate a disease or condition for which tooth whitening would be inappropriate. The dentist reserves the right to refuse whitening treatment if it is not deemed to be clinically suitable.
9. Whitening treatment will not alter the colour of fillings or crowns
