1. The promoter is CK Dental
2. All patients must be aged over 18
3. The promotion is only valid for non-registered patients
4. Appointments are subject to availability
5. This offer is valid from 1st September 2025 until further notice. CK Dental reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
6. Mention ‘Flyers’ when booking.
7. Any family members living in one household that are not registered patients can (each) receive a new patient exam with 50% off the normal price. Additionally, any registered patients can introduce other non-registered family members from their household so they can take part in this new patient exam discount.
8. The normal cost of a new patient dental exam for children is £32
9. Valid once only per family – all bookings to be made together
