One of the best things about this treatment is that it doesn’t require extensive maintenance. You will only need to top up the treatment for one night every couple of months during the first year. Then, simply use a top up treatment for one night every three months in the second year, followed by one top up every six months after that.

What are the risks and side effects?

Like any treatment, Enlighten Whitening may cause some potential side effects. However, these are very mild and mostly consist of sensitivity. For a few days after the treatment, you may experience some sensitivity to hot and cold.

You should avoid undergoing the procedure if you are pregnant. This is because the treatment hasn’t yet been tested on pregnant women so there is no way to know whether it would cause any side effects during pregnancy.
