Teeth whitening competition terms and conditions

1. The promoter is CK Dental
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
3. Entrants must be over 18
4. The competition is open to registered and non-registered clients
5. The prize whitening treatment is non-transferrable and subject to availability
6. The prize whitening treatment cannot be exchanged for monetary value
7. The competition closes at 12pm on Thursday 14th April 2022
8. Winner will be drawn anonymously and at random by a third party from a list of entrants who are following CK Dental on Instagram, liked the competition post and tagged a couple of friends in the competition post comments
9. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the closing date via Instagram and asked to contact CK Dental Practice to redeem their prize, a free Enlighten teeth whitening treatment at CK Dental. If no response has been received within one week, an alternative winner will be selected at random.
10. The winner will be required to visit CK Dental Practice in Bristol to be assessed as to their suitability to undertake the whitening treatment. The free consultation may indicate a disease or condition for which tooth whitening would be inappropriate. The dentist reserves the right to refuse whitening treatment if it is not deemed to be clinically suitable.
11. Whitening treatment will not alter the colour of fillings or crowns
12. The free treatment must be redeemed within 3 months
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
