Welcome Dentist Aida to Our Clifton Dental Practice

We are delighted to introduce another wonderful new face to the CK Dental team. Please give a very warm welcome to Dr Aida Abas, our new Associate Dentist.

Aida’s dental journey began in Madrid, where she graduated with First Class Honours in Dentistry from the Alfonso X el Sabio University. She went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry at the prestigious CEOSA Institute, with a focus on periodontal treatments, prosthetics, and restorative dentistry. After several years in practice in Madrid, she relocated to the UK in 2010 and has since built sixteen years of experience across both NHS and private practice.

During that time, Aida has developed a broad and varied clinical skillset, always with patient comfort and long term oral health at the heart of her work. She also holds an MSc with Distinction in Advanced General Dental Practice from the University of Birmingham, where she had the opportunity to learn from some of the country’s leading clinicians.

Aida has a genuine passion for aesthetic and restorative dentistry and takes a gentle, minimally invasive approach to her work, always looking to preserve as much of the natural tooth as possible. She is also experienced in facial aesthetic treatments.

Warm, enthusiastic and deeply empathetic, Aida is exactly the kind of dentist who makes patients feel truly comfortable and cared for. We think she is going to be a wonderful fit for our team and our patients, and we very much look forward to introducing her.

I had been scared of dentists since a really awful experience at a young age. Ove the past few years Corneilous Sheryl and the team have continuously made me comfortable and more confident having work done. The reassurance and level of care is immeasurable. Left the clinic today with little tears of joy thank you to everyone that brought back my smile and made it not so scary :) xx.

I came to this practice for an emergency extraction after several bad experiences elsewhere had left me with severe dental anxiety. The dentist and his assistant were fantastic. Kind, patient and reassuring throughout, they made sure I was comfortable and pain free during what was not a straightforward procedure. After years of putting this off, they resolved the problem in a single visit. They have completely restored my confidence in dentistry. If you struggle with dental anxiety, this is the practice to go to. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at CK Dentals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care. About three months ago, I visited the clinic after seeing a discounted offer for a dental check-up. During my visit, the team carried out a thorough examination, including dental X-rays, to assess the condition of my teeth and gums. The dentist carefully explained the results and advised that I needed a professional deep gum cleaning to help prevent the development of gum disease. Today, I returned for my gum cleaning appointment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The dentist and staff on duty were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining each step along the way, which made the experience both interactive and interesting. The gum cleaning was completed efficiently, yet with great attention to detail. It was much quicker and more comfortable than I had anticipated. The clinic itself is spotless, calming, and has a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I was also impressed by the modern, sophisticated equipment they use, which reflects their commitment to providing high-quality dental care. The professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service at CK Dentals are truly top-notch. I’m grateful for the care I received and will definitely be returning for my future dental needs. I confidently recommend CK Dentals to anyone seeking professional, friendly, and reliable dental treatment.

Wow! My son broke is tooth and was devastated. He’s 8 years old, we called CK dental and they were incredible. They got him into the clinic the next day, were so friendly and reassuring to him, the reception staff, the practice manager and the dentist himself. The dental work they did was like magic….His tooth looks amazing! Thank you so so much! I will and have recommended you.

My husband saw AJ for two front veneers, and he is absolutely over the moon with the results. From the moment we arrived, AJ was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain the whole process step by step, making sure my husband felt comfortable and informed throughout. His attention to detail and high standard of work were clear from start to finish, and the final results are amazing. My husband’s confidence has genuinely gone from 10 to 100 since having his veneers done. It has made such a positive difference to him, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. AJ’s nurse, Shelbie, was also so welcoming, professional, and caring. She made us both feel completely at ease throughout the appointment and helped create such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The whole experience at CK Dental was exceptional, and we would highly recommend AJ and the team to anyone considering dental treatment.

Having avoided the dentists for five years due to pure fear I read the reviews for CK Dental and decided I should bite the bullet so to speak. On my first visit I was so impressed that I mattered as a patient and Dr Alexander James took so much care to make sure I was comfortable. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was back in the chair having my treatment. Despite needing sedation previously at other dentists due to my anxiety, this time my experience couldn’t have been more different. I am so grateful to Dr James and his colleague for their attention to detail and all round great care. Thank you
