1. The promoter is CK Dental
2. All patients must be aged over 18
3. The promotion is only valid for non-registered patients
4. Appointments are subject to availability
5. This offer is only valid between 1st and 30th September 2025
6. Any family members living in one household that are not registered patients can (each) receive a new patient exam at half the normal price. Additionally, any registered patients can introduce other non-registered family members from their household so they can take part in this new patient exam discount.
7. The normal cost of a new patient dental exam for children aged over six is £32 (children aged under six is £16)
8. Valid once only per family – all bookings to be made together
9. There is no obligation to proceed with any of our treatment recommendations
