I had been scared of dentists since a really awful experience at a young age. Ove the past few years Corneilous Sheryl and the team have continuously made me comfortable and more confident having work done. The reassurance and level of care is immeasurable. I came to this practice for an emergency extraction after several bad experiences elsewhere had left me with severe dental anxiety. The dentist and his assistant were fantastic. Kind, patient and reassuring throughout, they made sure I was comfortable and pain free during what was not a straightforward procedure. After years of putting this off, they resolved the problem in a single visit. They have completely restored my confidence in dentistry. I had an excellent experience at CK Dentals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care. About three months ago, I visited the clinic after seeing a discounted offer for a dental check-up. During my visit, the team carried out a thorough examination, including dental X-rays, to assess the condition of my teeth and gums. The dentist carefully explained the results and advised that I needed a professional deep gum cleaning to help prevent the development of gum disease. Today, I returned for my gum cleaning appointment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The dentist and staff on duty were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining each step along the way, which made the experience both interactive and interesting. The gum cleaning was completed efficiently, yet with great attention to detail. It was much quicker and more comfortable than I had anticipated. Wow! My son broke is tooth and was devastated. He’s 8 years old, we called CK dental and they were incredible. They got him into the clinic the next day, were so friendly and reassuring to him, the reception staff, the practice manager and the dentist himself. My husband saw AJ for two front veneers, and he is absolutely over the moon with the results. From the moment we arrived, AJ was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. Having avoided the dentists for five years due to pure fear I read the reviews for CK Dental and decided I should bite the bullet so to speak. On my first visit I was so impressed that I mattered as a patient and Dr Alexander James took so much care to make sure I was comfortable. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was back in the chair having my treatment. Despite needing sedation previously at other dentists due to my anxiety, this time my experience couldn’t have been more different. After years of bad experiences, fear, pain and constant self doubt we have both under gone whole mouth transformations! We both feel like new people and couldn’t begin to thank Cornelius enough for everything he’s done for us so far! My experience at CK Dental could not have been any better! The staff from the front door were welcoming, kind and ever so helpful. I’m usually anxious for a dentist appointment, particularly it being my first for a while, but the staff made me feel at ease the whole process. The staff were ever so accommodating and knowledgeable - they explained every part of the process- I’ve never felt more looked after at an appointment! Could not recommend CK Dental enough!
