I avoided a dental visit for years due to a fear of dentistry and a phobia of needles so I was surprised how calm and safe I felt. From day one, the receptionist Sheryl gave fantastic communication and responded quickly to any queries, the customer service skills were faultless and nothing was too much trouble, she was always happy to help.

The anaesthetist, Dr Neil Rasburn, was again calming, talked you through the procedure and welcomed questions. His friendliness put you at ease and you knew that you were in safe hands. He monitored me throughout my treatment to ensure my stats were OK and he perfected the measure of sedation that I received, so my experience was stress free and I was relaxed throughout.

The nurse Kimberley was always on hand, checking in constantly asking if I was OK. Dr Krause and Kimberley worked really well as a team.
