When you refer someone to CK Dental, both of you will receive a £50 credit to use toward any treatment or service, including our full range of professional cosmetic and facial aesthetic treatments.

How it works –

Step 1
Referrers must ensure that their friends provide their full name during their first visit to CK Dental and ensure they make reception staff aware they are using this offer and fill out the quick referral form in reception or online.

Step 2
Referred friends will receive a £50 CK Dental voucher as a welcome incentive. Please note, this cannot be applied to the New Patient Exam.

Step 3
Referrer rewards can be redeemed on the next scheduled dental treatment following the successful referral.

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is CK Dental
2. Credit will only be applicable to new patients aged over 18
3. The promotion is only valid for non-registered patients to be referred to the practice.
4. Appointments are subject to availability
5. This offer is valid from 1st December 2024 until further notice. CK Dental reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
6. Referrers will be eligible for a £50 CK Dental voucher on their next course of treatment for each friend referred who becomes a new private patient of the practice. Please note, the referred patient must attend for a New Patient Exam before any rewards are applied to the referrers account. You will receive a voucher via email as confirmation of the referral and your eligibility for the offer.
7. Any registered patients can introduce any other non-registered family members from their household so they can each take part in this, but all bookings must be made at the same time
8. Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
